YAGA'S CHILI QUEST AND BEER FEST : JANUARY 14-16, 2011 : THE QUEST FOR THE BEST CHILI

You MUST be 21 to participate in the contest or be a judge for this contest. Officials are at liberty to check id at the contest.

RULES

ALL RULES THAT APPLY TO THE COOK-OFF APPLY TO THE MARGARITA CONTEST. This contest is an addition to the Chili Cook-off, if you have any questions please contact the Chili quest Committee.
Entries will be judged on taste and bartender style of preparation as well as container presentation. Costumes and multiple team member participants encouraged.
Entry may be placed in any container; however, no distinguishable marked containers will be permitted with the team name or logo on it.
El Jimador TEQUILA must be the main alcohol ingredient used.
May use pre-mixes & regular spices or ingredients. Make sure pre-mix is tequila based & not wine or other alcohol based mix.
Early entry fee is $10.00 IF RECEIVED BEFORE Jan 1, 2010. Entry forms received after the early deadline will be $15.00 per entry.
Turn/set up time is at 2:30 pm on Saturday, Jan 16, 2010 on the sidewalk adjacent from the Chili stage. Judging time is 3:00 pm SHARP. No entries will be accepted after judging starts.
It is the entrants responsibility to clean up & dispose of the entrants product after the judging has ended.
Entries do not receive a cooking spot on the cooking grounds & do not receive any extra armbands.
You must be entered in the Chili Quest to participate in this event.

AWARDS

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners based on the above criteria.
Cash prizes will be based on the number of entries, which will determine the amount awarded.
One winner will get a awarded trophy for showmanship
The 1st place taste will win a place on the Tsunami Exotic Tequila Emporium Margarita Menu for 1 Year.
